Ingredients You’ll Need:
3 medium ripe bananas (about 1 ½ cups mashed)
⅓ cup salted European-style butter, melted
1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the pan)

2 eggs

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

How to Make The Best Honey Banana Bread:
Prep your oven and pan. Preheat your oven to 325°F. Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with butter and set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and SlowGold Honey. Add in the vanilla extract, heavy cream, and eggs, whisking until smooth.
Mash the bananas. In a separate bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas (you’ll need about 1½ cups). Stir them into the wet mixture.
Combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda (and salt if using unsalted butter).
Fold everything together. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
Pour and bake. Transfer the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (ours was perfect at 55 minutes).
Cool and serve. Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
